Guarantee Terms

If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a serious genetic or congenital condition covered under this guarantee within the specified period:

  • Proof of diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian is required

  • We will offer a replacement puppy of equal value when available (buyer responsible for shipping or pickup costs, if applicable)

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Minor or treatable conditions

  • Illness caused by stress, environment, parasites, or improper care

  • Injuries or conditions resulting from accidents or negligence
